High-Precision
EMC Testing Turntables
Shenyang Weizhong engineers high-performance Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing turntables, delivering low EMI noise floors, precise stopping accuracy, and reliable structural stability for global compliance testing laboratories. Our standard series covers 2.0m to 7.0m diameters with 1,000kg to 5,000kg payloads. Need non-standard dimensions, higher load capacities, or specialized test automation? We provide 100% customized mechanical and electrical engineering according to your facility blueprints, including turnkey automated and manual antenna towers.
Engineered Integrity & RF Shielding Craftsmanship
Precision machining achieves a perimeter gap so fine that not even a small screw can slip through. This protects internal gears while dense beryllium-copper / pure copper brushes maintain continuous 360° RF ground continuity, restraining interference to < CISPR22 CLASS B 10dB.
To prevent cable tangling, the recessed center service box provides uninterrupted EUT power (3-phase 380V & 1-phase 220V) alongside signal interfaces. The entire interface box is sealed with conductive EMI shielding copper foil.
Beneath the stainless steel tabletop lies a radially reinforced welded steel skeleton. Engineered with multi-point caster wheel distribution and robust pin-gear drives, it prevents deflection under severe eccentric loads.
Synchronized Chamber Automation
Multi-Axis Motion Control Console
Supplied with an industrial rack-mount control terminal featuring a dedicated touchscreen. It enables synchronized motion control between the Turntable and Antenna Tower.
Operators can execute automated step-angle scanning and programmable soft start/stop curves to protect sensitive EUT instrumentation from inertial shock.
Automated EMC Antenna Towers
Weizhong designs complete laboratory positioning equipment, including low-reflection automated antenna masts that synchronize smoothly with our central console for highly repeatable test positioning.
Installation Case Studies
Heavy-duty 5,000kg+ capacity integration inside full-compliance vehicle anechoic chambers.
Standard 2m and 3m gear-drive platforms for rapid step-angle scanning of compact devices.
Tailor-made large-diameter platforms featuring custom flush-floor embedding and heavy load reinforcements.

EMC Technical Insights & FAQ
Q1: How do you manage electromagnetic noise in the platform?
A: We utilize low-EMI structural engineering, maintaining electromagnetic interference strictly below CISPR22 CLASS B 10dB to ensure the turntable architecture minimizes ambient RF noise floors.
Q2: What drive systems do you use for EMC testing?
A: Depending on the model, we use precision gear drives (for 2m and 3m models) or our robust pin-gear drives (for 5m, 6m, and 7m models), both ensuring a steady ±0.2° stopping accuracy.
Q3: Can the turntable be used inside shielded chambers?
A: Yes, our systems are optimized for anechoic and shielded chamber integration, routing standard control cables through compliant wave-guide filters.
Q4: What control protocols or supporting equipment are available?
A: Our platforms interface smoothly with laboratory requirements. In addition to EMC turntables (EMC2, EMC3, EMC5, EMC6, EMC7), we also supply automated and manual antenna towers as well as other non-standard testing equipment.
Q5: Can you customize the turntable size and load capacity?
A: While our standard series covers 2m to 7m diameters (1,000kg to 5,000kg payloads), we can fully customize dimensions, capacities, and speeds according to specific lab requirements. We also provide automated and manual antenna towers.
Q6: How is the equipment installed?
A: All our turntable sizes can be customized for either flush-mount (embedded into the chamber floor pit) or surface-mount installations, depending on your needs.
Q7: What is the expected operational lifespan?
A: With robust gear and pin-gear drive mechanisms and basic lubrication intervals, these heavy-duty industrial systems deliver reliable, multi-decade lifespans.
Q8: What motor and power inputs are used?
A: We use high-performance servo motors ranging from 200W to 2.5kW operating on standard AC 220V 50Hz or 3AC 380V 50Hz input voltages, depending on the load model.
Q9: How do you handle international after-sales support?
A: We provide remote engineering diagnostic support, step-by-step installation instructions, and modular electrical components to guarantee swift service turnarounds globally.
